LoveLea is the business responsible for your personal data (the "data controller") when you use this online shop. LoveLea uses BakeCheck, a platform provided by a third party, to run the shop and process orders on its behalf (BakeCheck acts as a "data processor").

Where enabled by the shop, we send you order-related emails such as an order confirmation, an acceptance notice, and a collection reminder. These are service messages about your order, not marketing.

This shop uses only the strictly necessary cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the checkout. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Your data is processed by BakeCheck (the platform that runs this shop) on LoveLea's instructions, and by the email service used to send order messages. We do not sell your personal data.

LoveLea keeps your order information for as long as needed to run the business and to meet its legal and accounting obligations, and then deletes or anonymises it.
